Court Monitor

Saturday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Sunday from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (lots of breaks provided). A Court Monitor is a Level 3 Position

Court Monitors are a vital part of BAM Jam. Only those serious about the position should apply. A limited amount of applicants under the age of 18 will be accepted as monitors. Officials will review your application and contact you in a timely manner to discuss it with you. Selected individuals, as well as those more qualified for other volunteer opportunities, will be notified soon thereafter.

Please note that volunteers monitor the entire tournament, which provides consistency for the teams playing on each court. If you cannot commit to the entire tournament, please advise our staff in the comments section of the application. We appreciate your investment in BAM Jam and its participants.

Monitors are encouraged, but not required, to provide their own scorekeepers. If you plan to bring your own scorekeeper, please give us the following information:

Court Preferences

Please check all that apply. BAM Jam will attempt to honor all requests, but we appreciate your flexibility during assigning.

It is recommended that Volunteers have officiating experience to monitor grades 3-8. BAM Jam reserves the right to screen applicants and assign based on game knowledge and experience.

  • I am comfortable and willing to call fouls for teams in these grades.

  • Players call their own fouls on high school courts.

  • Players call their own fouls on adult courts.
